Sometimes it’s easy for us to forget how strange of an existence we’ve gotten ourselves into. As we sit down to write this, it’s hard to remember that 7 days ago these people were basically strangers. Then we flew across two countries, rode a train, kayak, helicopter and a gondola and ended up with 30 new friends.
We’ll be posting the wedding next, but we wanted to first share a few of the images we captured along the way. Amanda & Nick set out on an Alaskan adventure with some of their closest friends and families and eventually made their way down to Vancouver. We documented much of it.
Side Note: A piece of advise to our photographer buddies out there… We often tell our clients that we say yes to pretty much everything (gazebos are one of the few exceptions). When you’re sitting in a kayak in the middle of a national forest in Alaska, you’ll see why. There’s something special for us to be able to document real life. That’s what a lot of these images are.
