The story of how we ended up in rural Georgia for a New Year’s Eve wedding is pretty fun. Nearly 10 years ago we shot for Daniel & Kathryn outside Atlanta. At the time, Brooke was working at the wedding venue down there. Fast forward about 9 years and we get an email from Brooke saying that she found the man of her dreams (Nick is pretty dreamy).
So shortly after Christmas, we packed up and heading south. But this wasn’t just any NYE wedding. Brooke and Nick have a house by her parent’s farm and they turned that thing into a proper wedding venue! It was absolutely gorgeous. The barn was converted to a ceremony space. A clear tent was brought in for the reception. Oh and the band? Well, it turns out that Nick plays a pretty mean guitar and his band rocked a nice long set to get people going. It was a killer night and an amazing way to ring in 2024.
