You may remember Kim and Patrick from their maternity/engagement shoot last year. Well, last weekend they finally got to celebrate their marriage with their friends, family, and lovely baby. The day started out a bit steamy, but turned into a beautiful day at Riverdale Manor. It was a great time hanging out with their fun-loving friends and family.
