When we got married, we decided to do something different. So we hopped on a plane with a few dozen family and friends and did it our way. While we love getting to experience and photograph all different types of weddings, there’s something special when we get to shoot for people that break the norms a little bit. Christine and Matt had a small-ish wedding at Cross Gables Estate, a beautiful venue that’s almost in our backyard.
As we’ve become accustom to the past few weeks, the weather was extremely humid with a chance of storms. Lo and behold, the weather hit just as we were heading outside to take some portraits. If Christine and Matt were worried, they surely didn’t show it. We took some photos around the covered porch and on the beautiful grounds before the rain eventually subsided. What was left was a beautiful (and hot) evening for this amazing outdoor summer party. These two made our lives easy! Here’s how it looked…
