It’s May. We’re back… and all of the sudden it’s wedding season! There’s a lot to say about every wedding, but Taryn and Justin‘s was special. They had a daytime wedding (we did too back in the day!) and the rain stopped just in time for an absolutely gorgeous spring day. We’re pretty convinced that there’s nothing we could have seen that would have wiped the smiles away from both Taryn and Justin’s faces. From the get go, these two were just so excited for each other.
Their first look brought us, well Amy at least, to tears right along side them. They were so sweet together and to everybody else and it was very inspiring to see just how much these two admired each other.
Lastly, we just have to shout out the amazing staff at Riverdale Manor. We’ve loved working there forever, but over the past year or two have gotten to shoot a few things for them and have really grown to appreciate how they operate and how much of a caring, family environment they have there. When we showed up on Saturday, the staff there did something incredibly kind for us. Without going into too much detail, it meant a lot to us and it proved why small businesses are the best. Thanks Riverdale!

Like we said before, their first look was so incredibly emotional and sweet. These two are adorable together! We stayed around the Riverdale property for a few portraits before the ceremony.

An emotional ceremony involved a lot of personal touches and surprises, as well as music from some of T&J’s very talented friends! The reception (and speeches) proved what was already very evident… people really really love these two!
