Friday we trekked up to Queens to shoot for Alexa and Kyle. It’s not every day that we get to shoot both a hyper-local wedding (Alexa got ready in her parents house and the church was down the street) AND a destination wedding (Kyle is currently stationed in Germany and flew back for the wedding). It was a sticky July weekend, but nothing that a few drinks on the way to Jersey City couldn’t fix.
We arrived at the Liberty House to an absolutely beautiful skyline view, both inside and out. Luckily we ducked inside just in time to see the clouds and storms roll in through the windows. The skyline disappeared for a few minutes and came back out just in time for the party. Alexa and Kyle’s day was highlighted by a bunch of heartfelt speeches and some hilarious moments. Enjoy!
