We met Diana a while ago and we talked a lot about airplane-related activities. In particular, we talked about their destination wedding later this year that will take us all to the Caribbean as we escape the cold winter…
… Then we talked about this session. Diana and Tony had an idea that we hadn’t actually tried before: an engagement shoot at the airport. Not just any airport, though. We had done that before. They wanted to shoot at PHL. Luckily Diana did the leg work. So it was pretty seamless. Amy and I have always talked about shooting in the airport. We love the lines, the light and the general vibe of excitement that we always feel when we’re heading somewhere. Diana and Tony are the same. We just had such a fun time roaming around the terminal with them. Here’s a few favorites…
Notes: This winter engagement session was shot by Amy & Tony Hoffer from Hoffer Photography. The photos were taken at the Philadelphia International Airport both in the terminal and in the parking deck. It was our first engagement shoot at PHL… although not our first at an airport! Then a few more portraits were taken at Waterworks by the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
