When chatting with potential clients I often get asked, “why do you photograph weddings?” If you could have been alongside me on Saturday, you’d know the answers. Kate and Jon are awesome – and so was their wedding day. It was filled with laughter, tears, joy, sweat, heart, family, cornhole, more sweat, limbo, and spectacular dancing.
After getting ready at the Logan Hotel we headed off to City Hall for some portraits. We then loaded up in a head-turning, jealousy-inducing Rolls Royce (mad props to Jon for this one) to head out the Bartram’s Gardens for what was an incredible ceremony and reception. Lindsay and I knew after shooting their engagement session how natural these two were in front of the camera – lets just say they don’t hate PDA…. We could not have predicted, however, the insane degree of fun we’d have hanging out with these two and their dearest friends and family. Here’s some of my favorite moments from the day.
