You know you’re in for a great time when you spend the night before your engagement shoot with a couple in a gin bar. Jessica and Brian invited me out to Chicago take their photos in their home away from home. We spent a majority of our time around their stomping grounds: Logan Square, Wicker Park, and Humboldt Park. We shot in a variety of places, from alley ways to donut shops, from the shoreline to their backyard. These two have an undeniable zest for life, for each other, for awesome local Cider bars, and for cats. I wonder if that’s why they were always trying to lick each other when I’d ask them to laugh…. Their wedding is just a few months away, so you’ll see more of these two very soon.
