A few years ago we made the decision to start growing our business. It wasn’t easy. This is a people business and aside from all the creativity and effort that goes into something like photography, we just weren’t sure if we’d be able to find the right people. As we’ve grown little by little, it’s become clear to us that we need to prioritize people over business. The fact is that we never want to grow just because we can. We only want to grow if the people are right. Well, the people are right…
So, today we’re incredibly excited to announce the biggest growth spurt we’ve ever had! Our good friend Jim Heine is joining us as an associate photographer! Much like Farid, Jim practically wrote the book on the 3 things we value most: amazing work, a relentless work ethic and humility. We are seriously so pumped to call Jim a member of our team. We thought we’d show off some of his recent work to kick off this new era for the HoffSquad…
…but wait, there’s more! With the addition of Jim, we FINALLY get to bring our studio manager Lindsay on into a full-time position. It’s been a long-time coming, but we couldn’t be more excited that Lindsay will finally be able to really dive in with us this winter and we don’t have to share her time with anyone else any more!
We owe an enormous thank you to all of you that have hired us, stalked us or spread the word about our work. You’ve allowed us to be able to grow and to have great people like Farid and Jim (and Chuck while he was still shooting with us) on board to share their amazing work alongside ours.
