Jill & Jim at Citizen’s Bank Park

Shot these last night with Jill & Jim... Awesome people. Jill swears she thought of the ballpark idea before we shot there last time... We'll give her the benefit of the doubt I guess :)

We haven't posted in a while, so very little talking from me today. Just enough to say A) Thanks to Carolyn for showing us around and chipping in some ideas (Carolyn, if you made it here, leave a comment) and B) Thanks to my buddy Mike Landis for permission to post this first photo, which is a ripoff from a shot I saw him take...

Enjoy!...

Love those with babylens maybe? …then contrast, tone, light, angles and everything is in its right place or at least as every contemporary photographer would like ‘em to be! An amazing work once again!

Megan & Andy | Engagement at Citizen’s Bank Park

I've been looking forward to this session for a while. Megan and Andy arranged to get into Citizen's Bank Park (aka the Phillies stadium) for their engagement session! It was a blast. We took a spin around the park, got to go on the field, in the stands and see all the broken down hot dog carts. It was a lot of fun. These two are getting married this year, so you'll see much more of them soon!

Big thanks to my friend Josh for coming along and helping out! Good times. We started out a a nearby park, so here's a few from there before we got to CBP...

This is probably my favorite of the day, even though I love the CBP pics...

Then it was off to the real park!...

Josh brought his camera along since I always say that I have no shots of me working. If you enjoy acrobatic tall dudes or pasty white legs, this one's for you...

Hands down my favorite engagement session. The park before CBP was awesome (was that FDR park?)and the photos in the stadium are amazing. Not sure how they got so lucky to get into CBP for engagement photos but well done.

  4. Jill Dougherty

Jim and I were just talking about how awesome it would be to have engagement pictures at CBP and wondering if it was possible last night! Guess it is! These pictures are awesome!!! And I’m really jealous!

  5. Megan and Andy

Congratulations Megan and Andy! Megan, you do realize that Andy gets his good looks from his favorite uncle. The little “smurf boy” is all grown up. Can’t wait until October. JW

  11. Adrianna

Such a great venue, you can tell this shoot was a lot of fun. I love the shot of him tossing the baseball in the air – so cute!

  12. Dude… this is an outstanding set… Love the baseball park shots.. looks like an ode to Spencer Boerup and his set he did here in Tucson. Love Love Love this stuff tho… the baseball in the foreground with them OOF in the background is fantastic… it works cause of their white shirts against the blue background.

    thanks for sharing

  13. WOW! Seriously! HOW do you do it! Love every image, love all that each image captures! Thanks for the inspiration! :)

  14. Stephanie
