Get ready for photo overload. This Saturday we found ourselves in Wilmington to shoot for Kate and Andrew and I don’t know if we’ve ever been so tired after a wedding. It was like eye candy for a wedding photographer with cool details everywhere, lots going on during the day and (oh yeah) an awesome (and very happy) couple. Any existing records for how many photos we took got destroyed and getting to sit back and look through the photos was really fun. Kate and Andrew were awesome too. Lots of emotion and lots of great moments that made photographing them really easy. So, here’s a bunch of our favorites from Kate & Andrew’s wedding…

Lauren & Phils Philadelphia wedding

This past Saturday we shot in the city for Lauren & Phil. You might remember these guys from just a few months back. We had a beautiful day to shoot with them (again), wandered all around the city and wound up at the Cescaphe Ballroom (which we love). I guarantee that we were the only people taking dancing photos in front of City Hall that day… Here’s a few of our favorites!

Alyssa & Matt at Moonstone Manor

Last weekend’s wedding was awesome. We got to visit a new place, lucked out on weather and spent some time with some wonderful people. We were out at Moonstone Manor in Elizabethtown and WOW that place is really gorgeous. There’s almost nothing we love more than outdoor weddings (well maybe first looks) so it was right up our alley. Alyssa and Matt were great and had a wonderful party, a whoopie pie cake (just finished ours yesterday) and a super fun group of people in our Guestcam. Enjoy a few of our favorites!…

Kelly & Mike | Phoenixville Wedding

Last year Kelly and Mike were the only people we shot that got two engagement sessions. Well not completely, but they were the only people to take us out for sushi at our favorite Sushi spot! We were excited for their wedding at Rivercrest last weekend and we got a gorgeous (albeit windy) day. Lots of good people at this wedding and another wonderful Friday wedding that gave us a free weekend! Enjoy some of our favorites…

Colleen & Jim at the Old Mill

For a while, it seemed like Saturday was looming over Colleen and Jim. The wedding was approaching and the weather looked pretty awful. We started trying to make alternate plans, tried to accommodate for the rain, and then out of nowhere it was beautiful outside. Like really really beautiful. We loved shooting for these two. They’re the sort of natural “just show up and push the button” type people. Nothing better than that! Here’s a few of our favorite photos from Colleen and Jim at the Old Mill…

Remember Lindsay & Stu? You should. They’ve been on the front of our portfolio for a while now. We couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding. We love them for a number of reasons. We love them because they’re awesome. We love them because they made us lobster. And we love them because they had a Friday wedding and gave us the rest of the weekend off!

Courtney & Phil | top secret engagement session

Wow, so much to say about this shoot… and so much that I won’t. First of all, we’re NOT telling where we shot these. Partly because we want to keep it to ourselves and partly because we’re pretty sure we shot them all illegally. Let’s just say that Courtney and Phil picked an awesome place to shoot last week. If you’re a true blog-stalker, then you may recognize Courtney from a couple years back. We shot her sister’s wedding and she’s in one of my (Tony’s) favorite emotional photos that I’ve ever taken at a wedding. We can’t wait to shoot for these guys again this summer…

Jo & Tyler at the Phoenixville Foundry

Despite everything in our psyche that would say the opposite, we are actually really glad to be back in Pennsylvania… chilly weather and all. We had a crazy month and a half of traveling. Shooting Jo and Tyler’s wedding was a breath of fresh air for us! We were back home, shooting in one of our favorite venues, with our brand new 5D Mark III’s. These guys were awesome! Elma & Tets | Wedding in Los Angeles

Almost exactly a year ago we found ourselves in Southern California. We got to see our family, visit where we got married and meet Elma and Tets for their engagement session. Aside from all the fun of heading back to California, we couldn’t have been more excited to shoot for these two. Since we last reported, they started an AWESOME letterpress business and we knew that they’d have their hand in all the little details of the wedding. There were so many cool things to see, not to mention the great venue. It was the kind of day that makes you want to move. Then again, anywhere that’s sunny and warm makes us want to move. What a great wedding! We loved this one…

Abby & Tom | winter wedding

It’s been a pretty wild winter for us. Our dreams came true by having very little snow and very warm temperatures. We’ve gotten some down time and gotten to go to some great places. But is was this wedding that we looked to as our one true ‘winter’ wedding… in the middle of February. It didn’t disappoint.

Abby and Tom are ice people anyway. You may remember us shooting with them in the ice rink during the summer. So we were all glad to see some snow and get to experience the real look of winter while we had the chance. Of course, these guys are lucky and flew south to thaw out afterwards, but it was worth getting cold for a day I think…
