Someday when he's (and we're) older, Wesley will be a child prodigy with the world at his fingertips and we'll be able to say that we've known him since the day he was born. His parents are dear friends of ours and we were obviously excited to be able to shoot for them last week. Wes is about 7 months old and he's the Benjamin Button of babies (looked 60 when he was born, looking younger every day). If you like these photos half as much as we like the people who are in them, then we've succeeded wildly...

Last week we were in Delaware to shoot for Sofiana and Sydney, an adorable set of (unidentical) twin girls. They're quite the beautiful family and were as easy as two newborns can be! We shot these in their home, around their nursery and in their backyard under (and in) two enormous willow trees. Enjoy, and check back in a few hours for even more photos...

You might recognize some folks in this post. June is a long-time friend of Amy and I. She's sort of responsible for our marriage and so, in a weird way, sort of responsible for this blog! A few months ago, we shot her for The Portrait Project and we had the pleasure of shooting for her twin boys twice before (One, Two). Plus, they share my birthday, so that's cool!

Well, June and Josh had another boy! So we headed to their new home to shoot the whole family...

Last fall we shot Megan and Andy's wedding. We love shooting photos of kids, and the flower girl loved us for it! She's a model in the making. This week, we got a chance to meet the whole family and it's pretty clear where she gets it from. Sometimes the simplest shoots are the best. We shot these in their backyard and got plenty of exercise chasing these guys around for a while. Enjoy!

Last week we showed you some of the beginning of our west coast work adventures that have been so memorable for us. But the middle part was just thrilling. We got to see some family that we hadn't seen in a LONG time and meet some family that weren't born the last time we were there. It was a breath of fresh air! On our last day we took a trip down to the beach with the Wilsons and snapped a few quick shots before we headed on to our next adventure. Huge thanks to our family for all of their hospitality. We love you guys! Here's a few shots we were able to grab...

Harper is a few weeks old, a cousin of Samuel, and was one of the calmest babies we've ever shot for. It's like she was in the zone. It's always a joy showing up and meeting great people who just seem to enjoy each other and their children. Harper is on lucky girl...
