Earlier this week we headed back to VFCC to shoot some more around their lovely campus. We love days like this. It allows us to exercise a few photography muscles that don't normally get a workout. It's fun trying to shoot so many different types of things every time we go out. Here's a few of our favorite shots from our day in Valley Forge, along with a few descriptions of what we were after...
Aside from some of the portrait shooting, we usually jump in to a few classrooms to get some real learning. It's helps make up for all the classes we didn't go to in college.
We usually spend some time taking portraits throughout the day, which are mostly used for publications and reports that the college puts out.
One of the VFCC employees had just returned home from Afghanistan, so we were asked to do a story on their family. This next shot is meant for the cover of the annual report. The left side will be the cover of the book, then the right side will unfold to reveal the family. We're proud of this one!
And lastly, we took a few headshots for their admissions counselors. We obviously have all the normal, smiley stuff, but we really liked some of the outtakes. So here's a few bloopers...

These look great man! The Swomley shots are very cool. Is the choir shot tilt-shift? The focus is on two different spots. Looks great!
Yup, tilt shift :)
That tilt shift shot of the choir is killer, and I dig the edge in those last few headshots, nice setup!
These pictures are amazing!!! The 1st one is killer!
