We (and by we I mean Amy) are obsessed with home improvement (and by home improvement I mean house-flipping) shows. HGTV is Amy's go to channel when we have some free time. One of our good friends flips houses for a living, which I'm pretty sure would be Amy's career if she ever wanted a new one. So between our friends Ben(who flips them) and Jeff (who sells them and sold us our house), there's a pretty good thing going on. Here's a house Ben flipped and is for sale at 932 Tyson Drive in West Chester, PA.

I know it's weird to see Real Estate photos on this blog, but it's fun for us to do different things sometimes. If you want to live 10 minutes from us (doubtful, but maybe) you should buy it... Call Jeff, he's nice :).
