Happy Friday everyone! Sorry for the pretty slow blogging week (again). However, we've officially made it through the winter! Things will be picking up very soon and we'll be posting lots of new stuff (weather permitting) very soon.
If you were wondering where I was all week, the answer is LAS VEGAS! I'd never been to Vegas before, so it was a pretty wild experience. I was there with some good friends and about 10,000 other photographers for the annual WPPI conference. I wanted to share a few cool things about this week. First and foremost, though, is what I saw when I got home...
Here's a few photos of the canvas print that you all voted on from our trip to Hawaii a few weeks ago. It's here, it's huge, and it looks incredible. Big thanks again to Simply Canvas for providing me with the free 40x60 after my Rangefinder appearance!

Secondly, here's some images from the week. I was lucky to get to meet in person some great people from some of my favorite companies and vendors: Zenfolio, RadioPopper, ProPhoto Blogs and my old album supplier, Laguna Albums. Thanks to all of you I met, you make this job way easier than it would be otherwise! Lastly, I had 3 of my photos featured on Hahnemuhle's booth. Hahnemuhle makes high-end (as in the best you can possibly buy) paper and asked me to partner with them. When Greg and Carol showed me around the booth, it went something like this: "Here's so-and-so, he's the lead photographer for the New York Times, here's so-and-so, he won a Pulitzer Prize, and here's you." That was pretty overwhelming to say the least. Thanks Hahnemuhle! Oh, and thanks to my buddy Tony Schreiber for taking a few of these photos below...

that canvas makes me wish I had the wallspace to get one that huge!!! fierce!!

That was Winston walking across my keyboard. Translation: “Go Uncle Tony!”
