Ok, so I’ll admit that I threw the Hawaii contest together haphazardly… Things I didn’t expect:
1. So many votes (THANKS!)
2. Having to actually pick a winner
3. Not liking the photos that you guys did… haha
So originally, Amy and I were going to just use whichever photo won. It was a tie between this one…
…and this one…
But, we really kept thinking that a different photo would look better in our house. We ended up choosing a B&W because we thought it would hold up better and would match any wall. Also, we both just really liked it. Here is the winning photo, which was number 15, after final edits…
SO, we then decided we were going to pick someone who picked the same photo as us… sort of a reward for reading our minds. What we weren’t expecting was to get a vote from our youngest commenter ever, a 4 1/2 month old baby whose parents have spent time in Hawaii… With all that said, it pleases me to announce that the winner is this little guy, Malachi. The only person to win a print bigger than he is! Congrats little buddy…
