Devin & Michael | Wedding at Hotel DuPont
Ok, whew… This week is going to be quite the whirlwind for us. While some people see that as an excuse to neglect their blog, I’m here for the people! So, you all get new material only a few hours after leaving the wedding…
Devin and Michael were subject to a really cool, nighttime engagement session a few months ago. I’ve been really looking forward to the wedding for two primary reasons: 1) Because they’re pretty much the nicest people on earth, 2) Because I love the Hotel Dupont. Amy and I really had a wonderful day and couldn’t have spent Valentine’s day with a better group of people. This was one of those weddings that just made us happy. Everyone was super nice, everything was laid-back and easy-going and the party was rockin’. We got to work with our favorite DJ’s too, Synergetic Sounds. I love working with Jason and that crew. To quote TJ Lavin, ‘They killed it.’

Lastly, I’m going to hijack the end of this post to get personal for a second or two. Today (Monday), is the 5th anniversary of when Amy and I first started dating. As you’ve probably been able to tell by watching this blog, Amy is a pretty incredible photographer in her own right. But that pales in comparison to what she is as a wife. So, happy 5 year Valennversary to my wife Amy, the bestest gal-pal around. I LOVE YOU!
