Malia + Ed | Engagement

Tuesday night I was out at nearby Hibernia Park for an engagement session with these two. We were privileged to have my lovely wife join us, since she doesn't make it to too many shoots during the week. Malia + Ed were great. Fun people, lots of laughs and just good to spend time with. Easy to shoot too. Here's some of my favorites... enjoy!

This might be a new top secret spot for me...

Maybe my favorite...

One of Amy's best...

Brenna + Matt | Wedding

This past weekend was great, and something very different for Amy & I. We went down to the Chesapeake Bay for an outdoor wedding on the water with a crab feast and backyard BBQ reception. We had a really good time. The weather cleared up just in time for the wedding and everyone seemed to like the change of pace from the normal structure of a wedding.

Matt and Brenna also left lots of time for portraits, so we got a bunch of stuff of the two of them. It's nice when people care about getting some great stuff and leave time for it. Thanks B + M for the wonderful time and the great hotel you gave us!

Brenna going out to see Matt for the first time...

Not a bad view from the ceremony site, huh?...

Crab aprons that Brenna made for everyone..

Absolutely awesome pictures – you obviously have a gift and managed to capture the real essence of who Matt and Brenna are to their many freinds and family.

  8. Tony and Amy, these actually made me teary. Not only for the gorgeous work but you can really feel what kind of day they had. I think moreso than the usual wedding. What a fantastic way to spend your wedding day! Well done, seriously.

The Carr’s | Family

On Wednesday night, I headed into Philadelphia for a family session. I really love shooting for other photographers. There's a special part of my brain that gets excited when someone says "Do whatever you want, we don't want anything boring, we'll do whatever." So, I was excited when Lora Carr, a great children's photographer got in touch and told me just that. It's so flattering for another photographer to choose me to shoot for them. We had a good time out with the family. Enjoy!...

Jenilee + Rich | Wedding

On Sunday, I had the pleasure of shooting at the gorgeous Lakehouse Inn in Perkasie. A great venue and a great day with Jenilee + Rich. We did everything we could to avoid the rain and pretty much everything went off without a hitch, thanks to some quick-acting groomsmen who grabbed the alter as it was falling. It was a fun and easy day. Jenilee + Rich are really cool, very easy to shoot and had a really fun party. I'm excited to do some dress trashing with them in a few weeks!

Thanks to Mike Landis who came along and 2nd shot. Not only is he a great guy, but he did a wonderful job. Some of his photos are sprinkled throughout... Enjoy...

Mike's photos...

Two more killer shots from Mike... although I think Rich scratched the cue ball...

Talk about a grand entrance! I think everyone froze when Jenilee walked out those doors.

We snuck in some very quick formals in hopes of beating the rain...

These last two are Mike's as well...
