If you follow this blog at all, you know that I don't do many (ok, any) formal portraits, but seeing as it's hard to take a picture of your own family while still being in the picture, I formal-ed it up and took an Easter portrait of the fam.... back to our regularly scheduled blogging tomorrow :)
My second photoshoot on Thursday was for a winner from my 'Shoot Me for FREE' contest back in November. If you don't remember, HERE'S the winning video from Lindsay...
So, we got a chance to hang out in and around the Fulton and get some 30th anniversary pics for the Gainers. As a nearby security guard said, they don't even look 30, it's hard to believe they've been married that long... Enjoy...

Our good friend June had twins back in September. Today I got to go take some pics of them :) June and Amy were roommates in college, and we all go way back. Jackson and Eli are about 6 months now and were courageous to postpone their naps for some pics...

On Wednesday I looked at the weather and saw that Friday's forecast called for thunderstorms all day. So I called Justine & Drew and told them that we had a high risk high reward situation... Luckily for me, I have the best clients on earth. J&D said they're up for anything, which is exactly why I love them!
We got pretty lucky with the weather, only a few brief storms, but the clouds and light were to die for. Justine & Drew are getting married in July and we're really excited for the wedding. You guys are awesome! Thanks for making our Friday night so fun!!

The ring shot is beautiful, and the rainbow, and the silouette. Glad you didn’t cancel. I especially love how, in the shadow/jumping pic, Drew’s left elbow looks like it’s popping off the side of the building (when I think it is actually the roofline.) Crazy. Great work.
